orders requiring the creation of designs by Advance Graphix,
Inc, unless otherwise stated, require a minimum of 5 business
days for completion. The designing process begins only upon
receipt of deposit. Additional turn around may apply for logos,
original portraits, album covers, and complex creations. Expected
turn around time will be quoted at time of order. |

Rush
orders for design services may be subjected to a $50 charge. |

Advance
Graphix, Inc furnishes final designs via email or mail for
proofing. Please look over design as carefully as possible.
Pay attention to content, general appearance, and spelling.
Any changes made to design based on original information may
be made at this time. Additional changes made after proof
such as added pictures or date changes may be subjected to
delayed turnaround times and additional charges. Post proof
charges are $25.00. |

Printing
of all designs begins only upon receipt of complete payment
of order. All designs are printed within 48 hours of proofed
design, however an additional 1-5 business days must be allotted
for shipping and handlings depending on which shipping methods
you choose. |

We
retain the right to tag Designed by Advance Graphix, Inc,
and the company phone and or website in as unobtrusive as
possible. On all products printed by Advance Graphix, Inc
we retain the right to tag Printed by Advance Graphix, Inc
and the companies phone number as small and as unobtrusive
as possible. This tag can be removed from design with a
payment of $25 per design. |

All
designs not created by Advance Graphix, Inc but being printed
by the company must be submitted and paid completely before
being sent to print. Deadline for printing is Mon-Fri. 6:
pm. If there are problems meeting this deadline please give
us a call to verify turnaround time. |

Flyer
designs include 3 scanned pictures & up to 8 hours art time.
Business cards design includes 3 scanned pictures and up to
4 hours art time. Any additional pictures and art time necessary
in completing project may be subject to additional charges. |

Advance
Graphix, Inc., is not responsible for the return of any pictures,
disk, etc. Please keep a copy of all submitted materials for
personal records. |

T-shirts
turn around times are 7 –14 business days from receipt
of payment of 50% deposit. |

All
designs created by Advance Graphix, Inc are subject to the
above policies on designing. Upon proofing final design no,
changes will be accepted. Additional rush chargers may apply
for orders needed sooner than the above turn around time. |
